Job description:
- Receive and provide information to customers via phone
- Survey customers’ satisfaction towards the service
- Input information in database
- Support sales team in information concerns
- Generate report as per request
Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in any field, new graduated is also considered
- English speaking and listening skills are the must
- Strong in communication skills and service mind
- Computer literacy
- Experience in English Call Center will be advantage

Residential Sales Executive- Bangkok
Job description:
- To achieve targets of property resale
- To provide consultation to customers in property issues
- To handle agreement, documentation, and after-sale service for customers
- To seek property supply and provide property information
- To prepare sales report as assigned
Qualifications:
- Male or Female
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- At least 1 years experience in sales or telesales.
- Background in property sales/re-sales will be advantage.
- Result- oriented, excellence in interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills with service mind
- Own car and valid driving license
- Computer literate. Good command of English is a plus

Qualifications:
- Female, age above 25 years old
- Bachelor Degree in any field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales, particularly in real estate would be a plus
- Excellent written and spoken English. Confident in communicating with expat clients.
- Good computer skills
- Skilled in negotiation with service mind attitude
- Own car and have good knowledge of local road (Pattaya, Hua Hin)
- Driven, hardworking, honest and reliable.
- Work Monday – Saturday and as required by customer
